*Marathon Petroleum complies with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Health Care Reform). Any employee who is anticipated to work a minimum of 30 hours per week for at least three consecutive months may be eligible; other employees who meet certain work hour requirements are eligible to participate and will be notified by the Benefits Service Center if and when such work hour requirements are met.
