Loss-on-Sale Revision
The Loss-on-Sale provision of the Marathon Petroleum Company Relocation Assistance Plan was recently revised to allow the costs of certain capital improvements to be included in the documented purchase price for loss-on-sale calculation. This revision applies only to capital improvements to used homes that were purchased on or after May 1, 2011. A used home is defined as a home for which you are not the first owner.
